Phase One:
Phase one is an examination of all 'on-site' expected parameters.

Aquaculture construction costing evaluation and time-line forecasting evaluations in line with budget requirements.

Phase one will include the initial development of the site to provide necessary security, earthworks, construction, power, site accommodation and evaluation of both freshwater and saltwater requirements including disposal.

Phase one should also evaluate the harvesting potential of wild reef species and associated inputs and infrastructure requirements to achieve profitability.
